3. argan.ai performance references

References to argan.ai (Argan Agentic Fund, AFM fund ID 50035781) and its performance are presented solely as a possible utility of the underlying technology. The fund is a separate Dutch alternative investment fund open exclusively to qualified investors and is not offered through this Website. Performance figures are from the Argan Agentic Strategy, net of fees, sourced from the fund administrator (2025 onward) and broker with estimated fees (2024); monthly figures are estimates until the 15th of the subsequent month. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Nothing on this Website constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any securities or fund participations.

4. The WALLY token

WALLY is a utility token intended to meter access to Wall3 research technology. It does not represent equity, debt, a share of revenues or profits, or any participation in Wall3 Labs BVI or argan.ai. The acquisition of digital assets involves a high degree of risk: prices fluctuate sharply and amounts committed may be lost entirely. You are responsible for understanding the risks, conducting your own due diligence and making your own decisions. Contract addresses and launch parameters are published exclusively on this Website and on our official Virtuals Protocol profile; any token or address not published there is unaffiliated with Wall3.

5. Usage restrictions

By accessing the Website or acquiring WALLY you confirm that you are not currently residing in: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burundi, Central African Republic, China, Democratic Republic of Congo, Cuba, Ethiopia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Lebanon, Libya, Malaysia, Mali, Moldova, Montenegro, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Niger, Russia, Serbia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe, or any other jurisdiction designated under applicable OFAC or equivalent sanctions regimes; and that your access to and use of the Website and our services is lawful in your country of residence.

Wall3 Labs will not be responsible for losses, damages or claims arising from events including but not limited to: user mistakes (such as payments sent to wrong addresses), software problems of the Website or related software, technical failures, security incidents experienced by the user (including unauthorized wallet access), or actions and omissions of third parties (including service-provider failures and third-party fraud). Where a wallet address is requested to access services, the Website does not collect or store private keys.

Users are solely responsible for determining what taxes, if any, apply to their digital-asset holdings and transactions. Wall3 Labs is not responsible for determining the taxes that apply to user transactions.
